Windows 10 allow you to customize your start menu without using third-party programs. This is so easy to do, simply right-click on the program you want to add, select pin to start.
If you want to remove it or any other Tile, right click on the Tile and select unpin from start.

With windows 10 you will not need third-party programs to save your documents as PDF, simply save your file as then write the name you want with extension .pdf.
